order of performance of operations
- we place under the rear wheels of automobile recoilless
supports
- we weaken the clamp bolts of wheel disks

for facilitating the access to the bolts it is possible to turn inside
out control to the side, opposite to that, with which we work
- Poddomkrachivayem automobile, we place it on the supports.
ATTENTION! Do not leave machine with performing of work on jack!
- We remove wheel disks
- using keys "to 15" and
"to 13" we unscrew the bolts of upper and lower guides ("it is
finger") support
- after removing support, we take out from
the clamp brake shoes. With the aid of the previously prepared wire we
hang up support to the stationary parts of the suspension (for
example, to the turns of spring). Try not to stretch and superfluously
to not overwind brake hose!
- Having preliminarily unscrewed
the cover of brake tank, with the aid of the mounting or other
improvised means we accurately melt down the piston of support to the
refusal. For this it is necessary to create uniform pressure on the
end of piston. In this case it is desirable so that assistant would
retain the support by hands.
- By key "to 17" we unscrew the
upper and lower strap bolts of support. These bolts fairly often bake;
therefore it is necessary to be collected forces, patience and
accuracy in order not to tear away the face of bolts
- after
removing the clamp of support, we obtain access to the wheel boss.
With the aid of the wire brush we thoroughly clean mud from nave,
especially - the halt plane of disk.
- We check the
state of the guides of support in the clamp. Let us visually inspect
anthers. If there are no holes, then we check mobility it is finger in
the clamp. If fingers dvizhutsya too easily, or, which is worse, they
do not move generally - we take out finger from the clamp by all
accessible means, and we thoroughly clean its surface and cavity
inside the clamp. In the cavity we add lubricants of the type grease
or if worst comes to worst SHRUS-YA. We slip over fingers entire (if
necessary - new) anthers and put fingers in the clamp. We attentively
look so that the anthers would correctly lie both ends into the
special turnings (on finger and clamp respectively).
- We assemble in the reverse order. Retarding discs must be
degreased, since fatty lubricant for the transport and the corrosion
protection is often substituted on them. Special attention should be
given to the installation of boot-trees - they must be placed without
the misalignments, and their outward flange must coincide with outer
circumference of retarding discs.
ATTENTION!
- the first several pressures on the brake pedal can lead to
its complete submerging into the floor - this brake piston leaves to
operating the position;
- it is necessary to be to ready for the
fact that during the first kilometers of path the effectiveness of
braking will be considerably lowered;
- to avoid the deformation
of retarding discs during 200-300 km of path it follows to avoid
intensive braking.
